These terms are provided in English for all of Europe. Translations may be offered for convenience; in case of any difference, the English version applies. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
1. Who we are

2. What you are reserving
We offer a limited release of 3,500,000 accounts for 39 European countries. When you place a reservation, you reserve one or more of these accounts for the country you select. What the accounts unlock is deliberately kept secret and will be announced publicly (the "reveal") once the last account has been reserved. This is an essential and openly communicated part of the offer: you knowingly reserve something whose purpose has not yet been revealed.
3. Price, payment and limits
- The price is €30 per account, excluding VAT. The VAT rate of your country is added at checkout, so the total you pay depends on your country (for example, a 21% VAT rate makes the total €36.30 per account). The €30 net price per account is the same for everyone.
- A maximum of 5 accounts applies per person (per email address). This limit keeps the release fair and allows you to reserve for family members as well; every account remains tied to the selected country and to the citizenship requirement below.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a regulated European payment service provider. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
- Your reservation becomes final once your payment is confirmed.
4. Country and citizenship requirement
Each account is tied to one country, and each country has a fixed number of accounts in proportion to its population. An account can only be activated by a citizen of its country, and you must be able to prove that citizenship at activation. Reserving an account for a country you are not a citizen of will not give you a usable account, and this is stated clearly before you reserve. The full name and date of birth you provide when reserving must be correct and match your passport exactly; both are verified at activation, and details that do not match may prevent activation.
5. Social media requirement
Taking part has two social media conditions. First, you must be active on social media and have at least 200 followers or friends on at least one of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat or X (Twitter). Second, when you place your reservation you must follow us and share Project Vesper on your own social media. You confirm both when you reserve. We check whether you have followed and shared: if you have not, we will first contact you about it, and if it still does not happen, your reservation may be treated as unsuccessful and canceled, releasing your account back into circulation. All social media conditions are also verified at activation. Where a reservation is canceled for this reason, the refund rights in section 8 remain available to you.
6. The reveal and activation
When the last of the 3,500,000 accounts is reserved, we announce what the accounts unlock and contact every reservation holder personally by email with everything they need to activate their accounts. There is no fixed date for the reveal. Before activation you receive the complete account terms, including the rights an account grants and the obligations it carries. You are never obliged to activate: if you do not accept the account terms, you can use the refund window below.
7. Yearly subscription after the reveal
Active accounts require a yearly subscription after the reveal. The subscription prices have not yet been set and will be communicated at the reveal, before you decide to activate. You never commit blindly: first you learn what the accounts do and what the subscription costs, and you can still use the reveal guarantee in section 8 to receive a full refund of your reservation if you do not wish to continue. The reservation payment of €20 per account is a one-off payment and is separate from the subscription.
8. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
- Statutory withdrawal: as a European consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.
- Reveal guarantee: in addition, from the moment of the reveal you have two full weeks to request a complete refund of everything you paid, no questions asked, if the accounts are not for you.
- To request a refund, email [EMAIL] from the address you reserved with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
9. Fair distribution, resale and auctions
The per-person limit exists to keep the release fair: everyone deserves a chance. Before the reveal, reservations are tied to your identity and your country and may not be sold, transferred or traded on any secondary market. Reserving for members of your own family, within your limit of 5, is allowed; each of those accounts must still be activated by a citizen of the selected country. Reservations made in violation of this section (for example, in bulk across many email addresses) may be cancelled and refunded.
After the reveal, you are free to keep your accounts, request a full refund under section 8, or sell or auction them to anyone through the resale and auction facility we provide. Whoever acquires an account can only activate it with the activation email that is issued to them afterwards, and activation remains subject to the account terms provided at the reveal. The exact rules, fees and process of the resale and auction facility will be published at the reveal. Sales or auctions arranged outside our official facility are not recognised and may render the account unactivatable.
The name of the person who first reserved each account is recorded permanently as its first holder. This record is kept even after a sale or auction and is not transferred to the buyer: the account will always show who reserved it first.
10. Your data
We process the personal data you provide in order to register your reservation, contact you for the reveal and activation, and handle refunds. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Liability
Until activation, our obligation towards you is limited to registering your reservation, keeping you informed, and honouring the refund rights in section 8. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY OF ESTABLISHMENT]. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring disputes before the courts of your own country. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
